2. The service
AstroMatch sells personally prepared astrological relationship readings (synastry) as digital content, based on the birth details you provide.
- Basic match (free) – shown instantly on screen.
- Focus Reading – delivered by email within 24 hours.
- In-depth Relationship Reading – delivered by email within 48 hours.
The current price is always shown before you complete your purchase.
3. Delivery
The reading is sent to the email address you provide and can also be opened via a personal link. Delivery happens during daytime (Swedish time). Please check your spam folder, and email support@astromatch.se if it is still missing.
4. Right of withdrawal
Readings are created from your specific birth details and delivered digitally. The 14-day right of withdrawal therefore does not apply once delivery has started. By completing the order you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately.
5. Complaints
Email us within 14 days of delivery if the reading was not delivered on time, is incomplete because of a technical error, or if you entered incorrect birth details. We will first send a corrected reading free of charge; if we cannot, you get your money back. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
6. About the content
Astrology is not scientifically proven. Readings are meant for reflection and entertainment and do not replace professional advice on relationships, health, legal or financial matters.
