Data controller
Medium Group AB, reg. no. 556839-5973, Sweden, is responsible for processing your personal data.
What we collect
- Name or nickname, birth date, birth time and birth place for you and your partner.
- Email address, when you order a reading or contact us.
- Messages you send us.
- Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
Why we process it
- To create and deliver your reading (performance of contract).
- To answer questions and handle complaints (contract / legitimate interest).
- For newsletters and offers, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- For bookkeeping as required by law.
Your partner's details
Details about another person are used only to create the reading. Please make sure they are aware of it.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We only share it with providers needed for the service, such as hosting, email delivery and payments, who process it on our behalf.
Retention
Ordered readings are kept so you can open them via your personal link, and as long as bookkeeping law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing and request data portability. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se) or your local authority.
