Question 1

I don't know my exact birth time – can I still take the test?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. If you don't know the exact time we calculate the planetary positions for 12:00 noon that day. Sun sign, Mercury, Venus, Mars and the outer planets remain very accurate. The Moon sign and Ascendant/houses are left out so the interpretation never guesses.

Question 2

I don't know my exact place of birth – what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Choose the nearest larger city or region in the same country. The difference between nearby places is minimal for the planetary positions in a synastry.

Question 3

How is the interpretation made – is the reading invented?

Accepted Answer

No, nothing in the reading is invented. The foundation is our own calculation engine AstroCorex™. 1. Astronomical precision: AstroCorex™ calculates the exact geocentric positions of the planets using recognised astronomical models (including VSOP87 for planetary orbits and ELP for the Moon's motion). Angles, sign boundaries and aspects are determined mathematically and time-zone exact, down to a fraction of a degree. 2. Structured synastry interpretation: The analysis is shaped solely from these calculated positions according to classical astrological principles – no placements are guessed or made up. The interpretation is produced with the help of AstroCorex™, which shortens the lead time considerably.

Question 4

How is AstroMatch different from ordinary horoscopes and online compatibility tests?

Accepted Answer

Most free tests and horoscopes online rely on generic text templates, random phrases or a superficial comparison of two sun signs. AstroMatch differs on three key points. 1. Real astronomical calculations: Our tools – from synastry to horoscopes – start from the real planetary positions in the sky, calculated by our AstroCorex™ engine (VSOP87/ELP). 2. The whole chart, not just the sun sign: We calculate the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars and the outer planets and their exact angles (aspects) down to a fraction of a degree. 3. No gimmicks or invented templates: Nothing is randomised. Every reading is anchored in the actual planetary positions.

Question 5

Why can you offer readings at such a low price?

Accepted Answer

A traditional synastry can take many hours to calculate and structure by hand. AstroMatch uses its own AstroCorex™ engine to quickly and precisely produce the astronomical basis for both birth charts and their interaction. That saves the time normally spent on manual calculations, without compromising on precision – which is why we can offer thorough readings at a lower price.

Question 6

What is the difference between the free analysis, Focus Reading and In-depth Relationship Reading?

Accepted Answer

The free analysis ($0) appears directly after the test with match percentage, element balance, strengths, challenges and planet tables. The Focus Reading ($29) is a focused personal reading (about 500 words) on your most important dynamics, delivered by email within 24 hours. The In-depth Relationship Reading ($49) is our most comprehensive review (about 1,400 words) of the whole chart, all aspects and your long-term potential, delivered within 48 hours.

Question 7

Why isn't the reading delivered instantly, and when will I get it?

Accepted Answer

Every reading is processed individually from your specific birth charts. It is always sent during daytime (between 07:00 and 23:00) – within 24 hours for the Focus Reading and within 48 hours for the In-depth Relationship Reading.

Question 8

How is my reading delivered?

Accepted Answer

Your reading is sent directly to the email address you enter when ordering.
